* It's allowed to stay in our hotel on arrival by showing a document off identity and any booking slip 

* Check-in is from 14 PM to 20 PM 

* The cost of the stay must be paid in cash at registration's time; we need an alternative to guarantee the reservation, full details of a credit card or a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount to be paid by bank transfer; Cancellations up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged; the canceled up to 5 days before date of arrival will be charged 30% of the total; late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the total amount of the stay; 

* On the day of departure you must vacate the room by 11:00 am, and return the keys at the reception, in case of loss guests will be required to compensate;

* Breakfast is served in "Dante & Cantina Andreina" from 8:30 am to 10:00 am, with the possibility of using the outdoor court in the summer; 

* And 'no smoking in the rooms, smoking is allowed only in open areas with prayer not to extinguish cigarettes in the vases of flowers but only in appropriate containers; 

* It is not allowed to host people in their own room if not previously registered at the front desk;

* The rooms must be kept clean and in order; 

* The change of towels is daily, sheets are changed every two days;

* If you forget to personal effects in the rooms, B & B guards them for 12 months, asking for the return shipping charges, prepaid by bank transfer 

* The property features a terrace with panoramic views of the lake, a common use of the guests, the management asks politely, to keep it in order: Never shut down the cigarettes in the pots of flowers, deposit chewing gum, and throw cigarette butts from the terrace ; leave the table clean; 

* Upon request, prepare picnic baskets EUR 6.00 (sandwich, water, seasonal fruit) 

* In the cellar Dante & Andreina are on sale bottle of water, € 1.00, € 5.00 and a beer selection of local wines; products for personal hygiene; 

* "The four-legged friends" are welcome, small, well-behaved and not left incostuditi in the room; 

* Free wired internet available in the Cellar Dante & Andreina 

* For an additional fee you print boarding passes, photocopying and fax €. 00:50 cad. 

* In Dante & Cantina Andreina we are pleased to provide guests with information on the area, the activities in the surrounding area and the best places of Lake Garda; 

* Pay attention to the signs in the parking lot "Piazzale Fracassi" a part of the Saturday morning is occupied by the fruit market.
